Charles F. Trunk III - Trust Officer

Charles F. Trunk III is a part time Trust Officer for the Family Heritage Trust Company and has worked well over 30 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Trunk served in the Trust Department at Fredericktown Bank for more than 14 years, beginning as Assistant Trust Officer in 1976 and then headed up the Department from 1978 until his retirement in 1989. He has also administered trusts and estates for many years as an individual. His education specific to banking and trust administration includes:  American Institute of Banking, Baltimore, MD; Bank Administration Institute, Park Ridge, IL; and Cannon Trust School, University of North Carolina. Mr. Trunk has been a leader in numerous civic and community organizations, including The Community Foundation of Frederick County Board of Trustees, Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center Board of Trustees, Frederick City Board of Zoning Appeals, Evangelical Lutheran Church Investment and Finance Committees, and the National Lutheran Home Board of Trustees.
