The Family Heritage Trust Company Welcomes Three New Directors
Frederick, Maryland; September 15, 2009 - Donald C. Linton, Chairman of the Board of the Family Heritage Trust Company announced today that three new directors have been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company. Paula Jagemann, The Rev. Dr. D. Stuart Dunnan and Byron K. Byrd, DDS have all joined the Board this summer.
"We are very pleased and honored to have these talented professionals join us on the Board of Directors. They bring diverse experience in business, medicine and education as well as a strong commitment to the local community," said Mr. Linton.
Paula Jagemann is President of JAG Associates, LLC and the founder and former director of eCommerce Industries, Inc. (ECI2). She has played a principal role in the development of several ecommerce companies, has served as a former executive at UUNET and on numerous community boards including the Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Frederick Memorial HealthCare Systems and Maryland TEDCO.
The Rev. Dr. D. Stuart Dunnan is the Headmaster of St. James School in St. James, Maryland. Father Dunnan has served as Headmaster since 1992 and is a trustee of Drew University, St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church and the Baldwin Foundation.
Dr. Byron K. Byrd has practiced general dentistry in Hagerstown, MD since 1975. In addition to his practice, Dr. Byrd has been active in developing schools, day care and dental centers in several countries in Central America.
